Follow 3 easy steps that give your skin the care it deserves:

1. Use RELAXING Moisture Body Wash every time you are in the shower. It removes dirt and bacteria from the skin. Spread the product on wet skin and massage into the skin in circular motions. Be particularly thorough on the areas where there may be impurities - typically on the shoulders, back and chest. When you're done, rinse the body wash off thoroughly.

2. You should exfoliate the skin with ENERGIZING Natural Body Scrub 1-2 times a week. It ensures that dead skin cells are removed, leaving the skin fresh, clean and ready for the following care products. Spread the product and massage it into the skin in circular motions. Remember to be extra attentive around the areas where there may be impurities – typically on the shoulders, back and chest. Finally, rinse off excess product and scrub grains from the body.

3. When you have finished your bath and your skin is dry, remember to moisturize it with BALANCING Nurture Body Lotion. After exfoliating the skin, it is extra receptive to bacteria as the pores are open, which makes the skin more prone to impurities. The moisture from Body Lotion helps the pores to close.
You should always moisturize the skin with a body lotion after a shower.
