If we could, we would of course recommend all our products to you. But if you prefer a slightly shorter skin care routine or simply want to know which products are must-haves in a skin care routine, we have three products that we believe are indispensable:

Micellar 3in1 Face Tonic

This product has three functions in one: it cleanses, removes makeup and moisturizes the skin. It is a very gentle product and can therefore be used for all skin types. It helps to refresh the skin by stimulating blood circulation and has a cooling, soothing and astringent effect. It removes the gray scale from the water after cleansing, which prevents the skin from drying out. In addition, the tonic also helps restore the skin's natural pH value, which is essential for healthier skin.

Purifying Facial Scrub Mask

All skin types benefit from this facial scrub as it renews the skin and gently reveals a healthier skin surface. Everyone should use a face scrub 1-2 times a week to keep the skin clean and fresh. The mask contains small grains that, when massaged on the surface of the skin, remove dead skin cells and other coatings. Blood circulation is also automatically stimulated, leaving the skin fresh, soft and warm. By removing the dead skin cells, the skin will be able to more easily absorb the subsequent creams, oils and masks.

It should also be mentioned that the scrub's grains come from volcanic rock and therefore do not damage drains and water supplies when the mask is washed off because it does not contain microplastics.

Anti-Pollution Protective Face Cream

This face cream protects the skin against weather, dirt and pollution, which destroys the skin's natural protective membrane and accelerates the aging process. The cream is good for all skin types, as it is moisturizing and nourishing, but at the same time penetrates quickly into the skin.

Of course, we have some good tips on how to best keep the skin healthy. Here it is about both the inside and the outside. A good skin care routine and general loving care of your skin can do wonders to keep skin healthy and soft.

Facial massage:

Regular facial massage reduces skin aging as it stimulates the production of collagen and keeps the muscles in shape. The massage also contributes to directing waste substances away from the cells and into the bloodstream, which renews the skin and leaves it clear and fresh. At the same time, the blood circulation is stimulated, which means that fresh oxygen and nutrients can be transported out to the cells. Facial massage ultimately also promotes the absorption of products, so that the effect of the product's ingredients increases.

LYKKEGAARD ​​recommends: massaging the face with CALMING Hydration Facial Oil or REVITALIZING Moisture Night Cream, as they contain extra moisture.

Lots of moisture:

The skin contains a lot of fluid, which the collagen in the skin binds to. It keeps the skin elastic and flexible. However, the skin's fluid content decreases with age, and the skin therefore also becomes more lax and inflexible, which helps to make it wrinkled. It is therefore a good idea to use skin care products that retain moisture - and to drink a lot of water.

It is therefore recommended to protect the skin from pollution. This can be done by using skin care products that are rich in antioxidants and thus remove build-up and protect the skin from pollution. It reduces both clogged pores, impure skin and early wrinkles.
