Get a beautiful sun-kissed glow with six easy steps and some crucial tips to get the most natural and long-lasting look:

1. Start by exfoliating your skin with ENERGIZING Natural Body Scrub, so that dead skin cells are scrubbed off and your skin becomes smooth and even. Distribute and massage the scrub into the skin in circular motions. Remember to be attentive around the areas that can be extra dry – typically elbows, knees, hands and feet. Finally, rinse excess product and scrub grains from the body.

Tip: while you are in the shower, consider shaving your body before applying self-tanner. Shaving also acts as an exfoliation and you therefore risk removing some of the self-tanner, if you shave after having applied the self-tan foam.

2. For shaving, the HYDRATING Multipurpose Body Oil can be used as it helps to soften both skin and hair, so that the shaving process runs smoothly.

3. When you have finished your bath and patted yourself dry, it is important that you massage the body with moisture and care with BALANCING Nurture Body Lotion. In this way, your whole body is moisturized, paying extra attention to the dry areas - thus avoiding that they absorb more colour than the rest of the body.

Tip: wait half an hour after the bath to apply self-tanner if you have shaved. In this way, the hair follicles can close, and you avoid the self-tanner settling in the open hair follicles, which cause dark spots.

4. Once your body lotion has absorbed, apply ​​ILLUMINATING Exclusive Self Tan Foam to an applicator mitt and spread evenly over the entire body. Wash hands thoroughly after application to remove any product residue.

5. After applying self-tanner to your body, your face should of course also have some colour. Mix 3-6 drops of ILLUMINATING Self Tan Drops with a face cream and spread over the entire face and down the neck. Wash hands thoroughly after application to remove any product residue.

Tip: saturate a cotton swab with water and clean your eyebrows and hairline, so you don't risk the self-tanner colouring your eyebrows or hairline. That way you also get a more natural result.

6. After you've gone through the entire self-tanning routine, finish by using the remaining self-tanner on the applicator mitt to spread over your hands. Here you don't need a new layer of foam if you want a more natural layer on your hands. Distribute thoroughly between the fingers and on the back of the hand so that it is evenly distributed. Avoid washing hands until the self-tanner is completely absorbed.

Final tip: do the self-tan routine before bed so that the products get the recommended absorption time. In this way, you also avoid having to wash the color off your hands after your evening routine is finished.

After 4-8 hours, the excess colour from ​​ILLUMINATING Exclusive Self Tan Foam is washed off when you have achieved the desired tan result.

Extend the colour by moisturizing the skin daily with ​​Balancing Nurture Body Lotion. If the skin becomes dry, the colour will fade faster so a good moisturizing routine is key.
